AIC Is Now Offering WiFi 6 Access Points
Introducing R750- A High-End Dual-Band WiFi 6 Access Point
Ruckus Networks has recently announced that the R750 802.11ax WiFi access point (AP) for ultra-dense client environments is one of the first certified for WiFi 6 by the WiFi Alliance. Ruckus Networks became involved with the original specification and testing to get WiFi 6 finalized and released. In doing so, the R750 became the test bed for interoperability certification. The R750 is specially designed for ultra-dense environments like hotels, convention centers, schools, and offices.
WiFi 6 was designed to increase client device speeds almost four times faster from the previous standard. WiFi 6 optimizes network capacity, improves performance in dense environments, helps extend device battery life, and has enhanced security protocols. To learn more about WiFi 6 check out our blog.

Overview
Based on the latest WiFi 6 standard, the R750 is an effortless approach to secure, high-performance connectivity in high traffic indoor spaces. This high-end dual-band, dual-concurrent WiFi 6 AP supports 8 spatial streams (4×4:4 5GHx, 4×4:4 in 2.4GHz). The R750 can effectively manage 1024 client connections with OFDMA and MU-MIMO capabilities. This improves coverage and performance in high density environments. With a combination of new technologies the R750 can handle a variety of client devices. For example, the R750 can handle devices that demand peak performance, like 4K streaming, while also attending to devices that need low power and latency, like IoT sensors.
Features
Connect More Devices
The R750 has 8 built-in spatial streams (4×4:4 in 5GHz, 4×4:4 in 2.4GHz), OFDMA and MU-MIMO technologies. This will enhance client device performance by allowing more devices to be connected sitmutaniously.
High Density Performance
The R750 is designed to provide exceptional end-user experience in ultra high density enviornemnts. Including places like meeting halls, hotels, and offices.
Converged Access Point
Unify WiFi and non-WiFi wireless technologies into a single network by using built-in BLE and Zigbee. The R750 can expand to use any future wireless technologies through the USB port.
Multi Gigabit Access Speeds
Multi-gigabit WiFi is optimized by using the built-in 2.5GbE port to connect to multi-gigabit switches.
