Project Title: “From Attic to Atmos”
Project Description: This custom theater is designed to serve dual purposes, offering both a premium family movie viewing experience and an ultimate gaming room for the kids. The room is enhanced with Ketra RGB lighting, which adjusts according to the content being viewed, creating a dynamic atmosphere. A backlit Screen Innovations theater screen, in combination with Lutron lighting, sets the ideal mood for both movies and games.
The system is versatile, seamlessly switching between various sources like Kaleidescape, Apple TV, and PlayStation gaming. A Sony laser projector ensures an impeccable image on the impressive 120” screen, elevating both movie watching and gaming to a superior level. For gaming enthusiasts, the setup includes four Sony PlayStations, allowing multiple games to be displayed simultaneously on the large screen, enhancing the interactive experience.
The design emphasizes user convenience with all components controlled by a single Elan HR40 remote, simplifying operation. This project illustrates how any space, with thoughtful design and implementation, can be transformed into a functional and immersive theater.

Project Title: “Shading Sunsets”
Project Description: This project exemplifies innovation and precision in the integration of smart home technology, specifically in the domain of motorized shading solutions. Situated on the picturesque waterfront of Hilton Head Island, the home’s exposure to the relentless Western sun posed a formidable challenge, compounded by the early evening glare reflecting off the calm waters. Our mission was clear: to harmonize aesthetic elegance with functional efficiency throughout the residence, catering to the discerning tastes of a tech-savvy homeowner who demanded nothing but the best. Collaborating seamlessly with the homeowner, builder, designer, and trim carpenters, we embarked on a journey to surpass expectations using Lutron’s Motorized Shading Solutions. Each area of the home presented unique design imperatives and logistical hurdles. Drawing upon Lutron’s extensive repertoire of shading systems, we meticulously designed custom-made solutions tailored to the specific demands of every space. A total of thirty wired Lutron QS motorized shades and one Palladiom wirefree shade were installed. The options were:

Project Title: “Playtime in the Lowcountry”
Project Description: Designed for ultimate relaxation and enjoyment, this space is elevated by a meticulously installed lighting and sound system. The two story treehouse, 100′ zip line, in-ground trampoline, and giant chess game can all now be enjoyed not only during the daytime, but also at night thanks to the elements brought forth by Coastal Source. This Coastal Source landscape lighting system features a blend of uplighting, wall wash, and niche lights. The enchanting glow enhances the ambiance and beauty of the surroundings. The Coastal Source audio system provides an immersive sound experience. Engineered to produce rich, clear, and powerful audio, this system is perfect for entertaining guests, hosting parties, or simply enjoying background music while relaxing outdoors. The seamless integration of audio components into the landscape ensures that sound is evenly distributed, creating an enveloping auditory environment that enhances the overall outdoor experience. Coastal Source not only withstands the elements but also elevates the ambiance and enjoyment of any outdoor space, making it the ultimate choice for any project with concerns about quality and durability.
