Monitor Your BlueBolt System

What is BlueBolt?

Panamax BlueBolt is the best power protection management system available today, which is why we have partnered with them to give our clients superior quality services. Power management is critical to the safety, performance, and longevity of all electronics. Our partnership with BlueBolt saves our clients time, money and energy. The BlueBolt system has four critical functions in your home: detection of lost power, restoration of power, detection of lost internet connection and restoration of internet connection.

I can’t think of anything more loathsome than having to call maintenance and go through the tedious process of troubleshooting and rebooting. AIC is able to reduce service calls by scheduling automatic system reboots, which is something your electronics need. Additionally, if there is an unexpected issue, AIC has the ability to remotely log in to the BlueBolt system to identify where the problem lies. As a homeowner, living in South Carolina means having to deal with inclement weather conditions such as potential lightning strikes and hurricane patterns that can wreak havoc on their home technology. Instead of plugging electronics directly into an outlet, AIC will connect them to the BlueBolt system protecting them from an outside lightning strike.

Every now and then, your system needs a proper reboot, in order to increase the longevity of your electronics. It doesn’t make sense to pour your money into your dream theater room or office without using some sort of protection for your devices. With the partnership between BlueBolt and AIC, together we’ll ensure to add years of trouble-free use to your valuable electronics.

Our BlueBolt Plan

In today’s world, think about how many devices and electronics are present in the modern day home. How all these electronics intertwine and communicate with each other on a daily basis. Home entertainment systems are more connected and complex than ever before, making them more susceptible to electronic freezes, crashes, and lockups. From lighting to audio to video equipment, having a power outage or a lost connection is not only an inconvenience, but a huge detriment to your daily routine.

While the BlueBolt system does a great job of detecting issues and allowing you to fix them in an efficient and timely manner, you do still have to manage the system on your own and relay the problem to us when needed. Taking the time to monitor and schedule your own events can be a hassle. You’ll receive an email of an alert, contact us in hopes to resolve to issue, and wait for us to reboot or get a maintenance team over to your home. It is a dragged out process, especially if this is your second or vacation home and you aren’t within the vicinity to exactly pinpoint the issue.

We want to introduce you to an even more flawless systematic process by implementing our BlueBolt Management System to proactively monitor for hiccups and potential problems that could arise in the future. We’re offering the best solution for monitoring your critical system components such as your router, lighting system, etc.

With this addition, we’ll check and reboot your system on a weekly basis. We’ll schedule and assign the reboot to carry out at your convenience, while you’re asleep or away. For example, we can schedule system reboots at 11:00 am every Monday while you’re at work and the kids are at school. And in the case that AIC cannot restore remotely, we will have a member of the AIC BlueBolt team contact you within 48 hours to schedule a service visit. You will only be notified if the outage is longer than 6 hours. As an option, you can also receive the same alerts our management team will also receive via phone notification or email. Want to be unbothered? No problem, you can exempt yourself from emails and notifications and let us worry about everything for you. Email alerts are issued when systems have lost power or connections, or if power and temperature fluctuate outside of its safe range, which allows us to resolve issues immediately. Even if there is poor connectivity between equipment, a simple reboot is what you need to get things up and running smoothly again.

Each Bluebolt unit is designed in the shape of a sleek box that offers linear filtration with multiple isolated outlet banks, front panel programmable reboot buttons, removable rack ears with a full depth metal chassis, 15 or 20 amps capacity with a front-panel circuit breaker. These units offer Extreme Voltage Protection(AVM) to maximize and protect system life in the case of extreme or catastrophic voltage events. All BlueBolt products are controlled via the cloud, while simultaneously responding to remote commands from a control system. Our team is able to monitor this control system with preprogrammed modules and drivers that allow us to perform automated tasks from troubleshooting to energy management. This system allows us to monitor remotely via web-enabled browser or web-enabled mobile device. One BlueBolt unit starts at $650 and up, which is not too shabby for a reliable system. Our BlueBolt Management System with the weekly check-in plan will cost $300/year or $25/month. This plan ensures the best solution for the least amount of inconvenience for lost connections and power. Remote management can save clients 80% on onsite service calls a year.

Now, let’s look at some hidden benefits that you may not have even thought about. Often times, homes are unoccupied for a few months of the year. If this is your vacation home or you’re leaving your home for a few months for a trip, this could be extremely beneficial. Let’s say there’s an outage and your fridge has no power running for months on end. Can you imagine all the leftover food that is left to mold and mildew for an extended period of time? Imagine the catastrophe that is left behind leading you to fumigate your house upon arrival. Or what if your water heater breaks and results in the house flooding? We receive these alerts right away, and we are able to fix the issue in a timely manner. You want to feel a sense of security while you are either away for weeks, months, or even a couple of days. We’d like to think of it as insurance for not just your systems and electronics, but your home as well.

In the grand scheme of things, this is a great investment for a superior quality power and energy management system for your home. If you’d like to know more or are interested in our BlueBolt plan, give us a call and we’d be happy to schedule a meeting and get you started. You can reach us at 843-836-5700.
