Onsite Visits
During each AICare visit, we test everything in your home's system to keep it working perfectly.
Depending on installation and original design, onsite inspections include things like:
Inspection of cable connections and integrity
Verify network
Test WiFi speeds & coverage
Test all interfaces (controls, iPads, touchscreens)
Update all systems firmware (Elan Processors, Apple TVs, Sonos Players, Lutron Lighting and shades programs, and more)
Verify all applicable devices have a static assigned IP address
Verify all applicable equipment is connected to surge protection
Test all lighting and shades systems
