AIC is honored to announce that two of our projects were selected as runners up for the CE PRO 2021 Mark of Excellence: Custom Home of the Year Award.
The first house the article mentioned was, “The Manor”, a state of the art, fully integrated estate, covering both a main house and a carriage house. We used Elan control systems to seamlessly merge the control of entertainment, lighting, wifi, and security all to one system, so the house can be monitored and controlled easily. Be sure to check out our page dedicated to “The Manor”, to fully grasp the scope of the project.
The second house selected as a runner up was, “Majestic on the Marsh”, a fully integrated smart home in the heart of the lowcountry. This project was designed specifically for ease of use and entertaining guests, with 11 distributed 4K video and audio zones as well as 30 in ceiling Elan speakers alongside 13 displays.
Everything from shades and lighting to entertainment (both indoor and outdoor) can be accessed from just one device and even placed on timers. If the homeowners are ever having issues with their system, we can access it remotely through bluebolt technology to troubleshoot the issues. Check out our project page for “Majestic on the Marsh”, and don’t hesitate to reach out to our team if you’re interested in a home automation concept like this!
