AIC doesn’t want this to happen to any of our clients, so we thought it would be nice to share.
Your queue is a temporary playlist, so when you lose power to any of your Sonos devices, like unplugging it to move to a different room, your queue will be cleared.
If you want to ensure your queue will be saved, you can always save it as a Sonos Playlist by clicking the “Save Queue” option. Another option would be to move a queue to a different room, simply by adding the other room to the group. Then you can disconnect any of the speakers in that group without losing your queue, as long as you aren’t disconnecting all of them at the same time.
Remember to save your playlist queue, or group more than one room together before disconnecting your Sonos Wireless Speakers.
