Here are two new features Nest has given their users:

- New Nest feature, Life with Nest, monitors a smoke or carbon monoxide emergency. It also alerts the home owner by actually speaking to you. It tells you which room and if you’re in immediate danger.
- The Nest Protect will then prompt the Dropcam to start recording and send a copy of the video directly to your phone.
